christ's pajamas. He's ONE.

SO the time has come..... its nearing one year since Lincoln was born. Holy cow.

I havent posted in two months...... so this going to be a long one. STRAP IN.

SO we hiked Grandeur Peak. with baby. it was CRAZY.

This is a big deal because baby NEVER cuddles or falls asleep on me. it made me very happy.

 He walks around things, hes so close to taking his first steps!

His halloween costume was a dragon. he was adorable!

Baby loves his green smoothies. he looks like a crazy person with all that long hair. omg.

We went to the Saturday morning farmers market.... he had lots of fun!

He found a fork, got all crazy with it. wouldnt let me take it from him.

 new hat! gonna keep  him so warm and it came with matching mittens!

New pajamas and jacket vest.... such a sass.

Jordy and Rue are finally FINALLY friends. first cuddle!!

Last night Auntie Cherilyn let him play with her phone. something hes never been allowed to do. she downloaded a game for him and he was LOVING IT

I cant believe how big he is.

near enough 10 months.

The wee lad is getting so big and so smart.

He has figured out how to clap his hands this week and often can be observed sitting quietly practicing his clapping and being pleased with himself.

He also goes to the potty 4 to 5 times a day if I'm on the ball enough to take him regularly.
He gives me warning grunts and I hustle him off to poop. He somehow manages to time it for when I've just sat down to eat something.  right as I'm about to take that first delicious bite....
*grunt... push.. grunt grunt*

 .....................sigh... damnit.

but at least he's adorable.

Since baby outgrew his bassinet, I refinished Moonas old crib, I think it turned out really nice.

Here he is being cute in his highchair.... he eats normal food now. I like it because I am eating a lot healthier too now, since we eat the same stuff. I just mince a small portion for him and he gobbles it up.

We went out for Jamba Juice and he tried to steal mine... little devil, and he got to try on hats.

of course he looked adorable.

more potty time! he spends quite a bit of his day on that thing. I'm glad he likes it.

And last but certainly not least...... Auntie Cherilyn being the best baby sitter ever.

Oh, before I forget.... speaking of bad baysitters, peepers and Chris were supposed to be watching the baby while I was inside making lunch last weekend. I came outside and Lincoln was on grass playing with something.... something that turned out to be DOG POOP. he was just happy as a clam squishing it and enjoying the texture. they both laughed and shrugged.... saying how he'll likely enjoy playdoh.

UGH!

August 20th - 40 weeks old

He's getting so big.

  Here is his growth chart from his 9 month visit. he's average (50th percentile) for height and  just under average (25th percentile) for weight.

He out grew his bassinet.

He has figured out how to take off his diaper and

 We also learned that he can pull himself up.... the combination was terrifying.

He thinks its funny when Im scared.

WAY funny.

 He's so patient with us.

hahaha.

Just like Chris, he sleeps with his butt up in the air.

Sweet Baby Rue

 We went up to Tibble Fork Reservoir ..... he liked it.

It was REALLY pretty up there.

 Rue had a blast.

 His new thing is taking off his clothes and hanging out underneath the kitchen table.
I cant figure out why aside from maybe he likes the cool tile? but he knows he's not supposed to be all buck naked all the time..... so... BUSTED
